This ground-floor, barrier-free apartment is primarily designed for two adults and two small children. It features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate WC, a hallway, and a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. A pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m wide) in the living room provides sleeping space for two children or one adult. There is also room in the bedroom for a travel cot, should you wish to bring one.
The apartment includes a large terrace facing the inner garden. A spacious parking area is located directly behind the house, with the option to charge electric vehicles—just let us know in advance.
The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance. You will receive the key either in person upon arrival or via a key box (we will send you the code after booking and before your arrival).
Communication is handled through Airbnb chat, and we’re happy to share our phone number once your booking is confirmed. Upon arrival, you’ll find an inventory list and the legally required registration certificate. Please complete the certificate carefully and sign the inventory list after check-in.
